I am not going to set any huge goals this time. When I do, I often fail. The task feels to big to overcome. We are going to take this one day at a time (maybe even a week at a time). If I can tackle the day I am more likely to overcome the week.
I love my friends and army family, but I need your help with eating healthier. Please make a figure friendly option. To often I am faced with yummy rich foods. Lets face it I am weak when it comes to food. So please help me by not suggesting I try just a little. That is how I fell the last time. Don't be offended when I say no thanks, I know my limitations.
And to myself. I know some snacks are not that bad if you eat them in moderation. Lets face it you are not good at moderation when it comes to food. Go back to eating the 100 calorie snacks. The other food is just to tempting. You say you will eat just one, but I have rarely seen that happen. Go down the fruits and veggie isle and buy fruit and veggies. Once you have them at home, eat them and don't let them go to waist.
God thank you for loving me, help me to live a life that is pleasing to you, even in the area of food.
